The development features a waiting room, luggage storage, coworking space, garden with tables, swimming pool with sun loungers, mini market and laundry. The mini market and laundry services are available for use upon separate payment, according to the rates and conditions of each service.

• Check-in time (arrival): From 3 p.m.
• Check-out time (departure): Until 12 p.m. (noon).
• Requests for early check-in (early arrival) and late check-out (late departure) depend on availability and apartment release. Requests must be made only on the day of check-in. We do not confirm these requests in advance. These services have an additional cost, the amount of which should be consulted with reception. Any change of time depends on confirmation from our team.
• Accommodation capacity: The apartments accommodate up to 2 guests. All people who will be staying must be included in the reservation, including children and babies. It is not permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
• Dog Friendly (pet-friendly accommodation): We accept 1 (one) small dog, weighing up to 10 kg, per stay, subject to an additional fee of R$ 120.00 per night. A current vaccination certificate for the animal is mandatory. At check-in, the responsible person must complete and sign a Liability Waiver. The dog's presence must be notified before the stay.
• Complimentary parking: The accommodation offers complimentary parking for 1 vehicle, subject to space availability upon arrival. Advance reservations are not possible. Parking operates on a rotational basis, meaning spaces are not fixed or exclusive. If the guest leaves with the vehicle and returns later, they may use another available space upon return.
• Cleaning service:
Additional cleaning services may be requested during the stay, subject to availability and an additional charge.
• Items available for loan at reception: Guests may request the following items for loan directly at reception, subject to availability: hair dryer, iron, Perfex cloth, squeegee and broom. Borrowed items must be returned to reception after use. The Perfex cloth is disposable and does not need to be returned. Washing-up sponge and washing-up liquid are available in the dispenser located inside the cupboard, under the kitchen sink.
• Reservation changes: Any request to change dates or other reservation details must be made at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability and reservation conditions.
• Cancellation and refunds:
Cancellation conditions and any refund amounts follow the cancellation policy selected and presented at the time of booking.
• Accommodation of minors:
Accommodation of unaccompanied minors is not permitted. When a minor is accompanied by an adult who is not their legal guardian, a duly notarised authorisation must be presented, together with the necessary identification documents, at the time of check-in.
• Reservations for third parties:
For security reasons, reservations made in the name of third parties are not accepted. The person responsible for the reservation must be the same person who will be staying at the accommodation.
• Access to the accommodation:
Check-in is carried out independently, via digital lock. The access code is sent on the day of arrival, after prior registration with the reception.
