With 29 m², the apartment has functional and well-distributed spaces, providing comfort and practicality during your stay. The space features a double bed, air conditioning, wifi and television. Integrated into the bedroom, there is a small living area with a sofa and a second television, creating a pleasant corner to relax and enjoy moments of rest. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave and basic utensils for preparing quick meals. The space also has a dining table for two people, offering practicality for your meals. To complete the accommodation, there is a private balcony and bathroom with high-pressure shower, providing more comfort during your stay.
Benoit Batel By Stay In offers a structure designed to provide even more convenience to guests, with a waiting room, luggage storage, coworking space, garden with tables, swimming pool with sun loungers, mini market and laundry. The mini market and laundry services are available for an additional fee, according to the rates and conditions of each service.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on availability and apartment release. Requests must be made only on the day of check-in. We do not confirm these requests in advance. These services have an additional cost, the amount of which should be consulted with reception. Any time change depends on confirmation from our team.
• Accommodation capacity: The apartments accommodate up to 2 guests. All people who will be staying must be included in the reservation, including children and babies. It is not permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
• Dog Friendly (accommodation with dog): We accept 1 (one) small dog, up to 10 kg, per stay, upon payment of an additional fee of R$ 120.00 per night. Presentation of the animal's up-to-date vaccination certificate is mandatory. At check-in, the responsible person must complete and sign a Liability Agreement. The presence of the dog must be informed before the stay.
• Complimentary parking: The accommodation offers complimentary parking for 1 vehicle, subject to space availability at the time of arrival, and advance reservation is not possible. Parking operates on a rotational system, meaning spaces are not fixed or exclusive. If the guest leaves with the vehicle and returns later, they may use another available space at the time of return.
• Cleaning service:
Additional cleaning services can be requested during the stay, subject to availability and additional charge.
• Items available for loan at reception: The guest can request directly at reception, subject to availability, the following items for loan: hair dryer, iron, Perfex cloth, squeegee and broom. Borrowed items must be returned to reception after use. The Perfex cloth is disposable and does not need to be returned. The dish sponge and detergent are available in the dispenser located inside the cupboard, under the kitchen sink.
• Changes to reservation: Any request to change dates or other reservation information must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and reservation conditions.
• Cancellation and refunds:
The conditions and any refund amounts follow the cancellation policy selected and presented at the time of booking.
• Accommodation for minors:
Accommodation for minors unaccompanied by a responsible adult is not permitted. When the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not their legal guardian, a duly notarised authorisation must be presented, together with the necessary identification documents, at the time of check-in.
• Reservations for third parties:
For security reasons, reservations made in the name of third parties are not accepted. The person responsible for the reservation must be the same person who will be staying.
• Access to accommodation:
Check-in is carried out independently, via digital lock. The access code is sent on the day of arrival, after completing prior registration with the reception.
