Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out must be completed by 12 pm.

Cleaning service:
Additional cleaning services can be requested during your stay, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Accommodation capacity:
The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Changes to your booking:
Any changes to dates or other booking information must be requested directly through the platform used to make the booking.

Cancellation:
The conditions and any refund amounts follow the cancellation policy selected and presented at the time of booking.

Parking:
Parking is charged separately, at a cost of R$ 40.00 per day per vehicle. To use it, you must provide vehicle details in advance.

Common areas of the building:
Guest access and circulation in the common areas of the building are not available. These spaces may only be used upon rental, consultation and prior notice.

Accommodation of minors:
Minors are not permitted to stay unaccompanied by a responsible adult. When a minor is accompanied by an adult who is not their legal guardian, a duly notarised authorisation must be presented, together with the necessary identification documents, at the time of check-in.

Reservations for third parties:
For security reasons, reservations made in the name of third parties are not accepted. The person responsible for the reservation must be the same person who will be staying.

Access to accommodation:
Check-in is carried out independently via digital lock. The access code is sent on the day of arrival, after completing prior registration with the reception desk.
